Lakeside Ministries meets each week at Church in the Park on Sunday’s and then throughout the week to study the word. We are located at Alpine Park in Lucerne California, gathering weekly at the outdoor gazebo. Rain or shine, snow, wind or heat. Our desire is to reach the unreached in our county with the love of Jesus, meeting them right where they are. Lucerne is one of Lake County’s towns that has an elevated situation of poverty, addiction and homelessness. Therefore, it remains a prime candidate for finding individuals in desperate need of encountering the life changing power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We have been blessed to partner with God and have witnessed the salvation and baptisms of multiple individuals. Every Sunday a hot meal, coffee, tea and desserts are offered free of charge alongside encouraging messages of hope and life-changing prayer. We have also been able to provide assistance with tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, pillows, tarps, socks, blankets and many other personal items. Many have received bibles, experienced deliverance and are growing closer in their walk with Jesus as they read and learn. Whether it be our annual Thanksgiving community feast for over 200 people, door to door evangelism, or stopping for the one least noticed, our aim is to be the hands and feet of Jesus to every soul we meet. We also have a heart to reach other nations and have specifically sent support for the work of the gospel in Pakistan, Burkina Faso and Ghana. We appreciate all the support and prayers and we thank God for the partnership we have together in Christ.
